I'm Mihai Gonguta. Working with pets is different from any other kind of photography, there's no telling an animal to smile or hold still, so I spend the session reading your pet's mood and personality, moving at their pace outdoors until the real moments start happening naturally.

I've spent over 10 years behind the camera and 7 years running my studio in Milton Keynes, and outdoor pet sessions are one of my favourite things to shoot. With a 5.0 star rating across 116 Google reviews, I'd love to welcome your pet in for a session.

Frequently Asked Questions

Packages start at £150 for the Bronze session and go up to £300 for the Gold session, with a Silver option at £200 in between. Each package includes a fully edited digital gallery, so you can choose the length and number of images that suits you and your pet. A £49 deposit secures your date and is deducted from your package price, with the remaining balance paid at the end of your session by cash or bank transfer.
Every package includes an outdoor session, a set of professionally edited high-resolution digital images, a private online gallery to view and download your photos, and travel within 40 miles of Milton Keynes. Print products such as wall art, albums and canvas prints are available as an add-on on top of any package.
Session length depends on the package you choose: 30 minutes for Bronze, 45 minutes for Silver, or 60 minutes for Gold.
All animals and breeds are welcome, dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and other small animals, and horses. If you have something a little different in mind, get in touch and we can discuss what's possible.
Not at all. Sessions are pet-led with no posing and no pressure, we follow your pet's own pace and personality so the experience stays relaxed and every image feels natural rather than forced.
There's no strict list, bringing along anything that helps your pet feel comfortable, such as a favourite toy, treats or their usual lead, is a good idea. The session itself is built around your pet's natural pace rather than a set routine.
Yes. Many sessions include the owner or the whole family alongside their pet, it's a lovely way to capture the bond between you.
These sessions are entirely outdoors, no studio backdrops or artificial lighting. Your pet is photographed in a natural setting such as a park, field or woodland, which tends to bring out a much more relaxed and authentic result.
Sessions take place in Milton Keynes parks such as Campbell Park and the Ouzel Valley, at Willen Lake and other waterside spots, in countryside fields across Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire, in woodlands, or even in your own garden or favourite walking spot.
I travel within 40 miles of Milton Keynes as standard. If you're further away, a session is still possible with an additional travel fee.
Within 3-4 days after your session, you'll receive a private online gallery link with watermarked preview images for selection. Once you've chosen your favourites, I'll professionally edit them and deliver your final high-resolution images (10, 20 or 30 depending on your package) within 20 working days, ready to download, print and share.
Yes. Wall art, a premium album and canvas prints are all available as an add-on so you can display your favourite images at home.
We understand plans can change! Rescheduling with 14+ days notice: you can reschedule once without losing your deposit, no questions asked. Last-minute rescheduling (less than 14 days): if your request doesn't affect other bookings, I'll be happy to help accommodate you; however, if the short notice impacts other scheduled sessions, the £49 deposit will be forfeited.
Yes. A pets & family session lets you include everyone in the same outdoor session, so you come away with photos of your pet and the people who love them.
