Cooling-off period: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days after we accept your booking to cancel (the “cooling-off period”), but this right is lost once the session has taken place. If the session falls within those 14 days, by proceeding with payment you expressly request that we begin before the cooling-off period ends. Where you cancel during a still-running cooling-off period after the session has started, you will be charged for services already provided, refundable within 14 days less that amount.

Additional cancellation rights: beyond the above, you are entitled to a full refund of the deposit if you cancel no later than 14 days before the session date. Except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion, the deposit is not refundable if you cancel after this date, though you may request to reschedule. We may cancel your session for any reason before the session date, in which case we will provide a full deposit refund unless we agree a rescheduled date with you. We may also terminate the session on the day itself in extenuating circumstances (for example, inappropriate behaviour or illness), without any obligation to reschedule or refund the deposit.

Rescheduling: please give us as much notice as possible. We may occasionally need to reschedule (for example, due to weather or other events outside our control) and will give as much notice as we can. You may reschedule once free of charge with more than 14 days’ notice; a new booking fee applies for any further rescheduling. The deposit is non-refundable and forfeited if you fail to arrive at the studio on time.

Late arrival: as sessions are scheduled back to back, please arrive on time or a few minutes early. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time without prior notice, we reserve the right to treat the session as a no-show: it will be cancelled, the deposit forfeited, and a new booking and deposit will be required to reschedule. If you notify us of a delay in advance, we will do our best to accommodate you, though the number of photos or themes covered may be reduced to fit the remaining time.

Defective artwork products: we are under a legal duty to supply artwork products conforming to these Terms and Conditions; please check them on collection or delivery and notify us in writing of any defect as soon as possible (slight colour variation is not a defect). Your legal rights are unaffected.

Order cancellation: your photographs and artwork products are personalised for you, so once an order is placed you have no right to cancel it and we cannot offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
