What is included in our Christmas photoshoot packages?
Every Christmas session at our studio includes access to two festive themes — our Elegance set and our Winter set. You get both at no extra cost, regardless of which package you choose. Here is what each package includes:
- Mini (from £149): 10 edited digital photos, 2 Christmas themes, up to 45 minutes, private online gallery
- Bronze (from £199): 20 edited digital photos, 2 Christmas themes, up to 60 minutes, private online gallery
- Silver (from £369): 40 edited digital photos, 2 Christmas themes, up to 75 minutes, ideal for digital files
- Gold VIP (from £549): 50 edited digital photos, all unedited photos included, Album Premium 30x30cm, up to 90 minutes
Prices shown are the weekday rate in November — weekends and December dates are £30 more per package. A £49 deposit secures your date. All edited photos are delivered before Christmas Day.
When should you book your Christmas photoshoot?
Our 2026 Christmas sessions open on 1st November. The best dates — weekends in early November — typically fill within the first week. If you want to guarantee your preferred date, we recommend booking as soon as sessions open or joining the waitlist in advance.
For families with newborns or very young babies, we recommend sessions in early November. This gives maximum editing time to ensure your photos arrive well before the 25th of December.
What to wear for your Christmas photoshoot
Coordinating outfits photograph better than matching ones. Choose a colour palette and let each family member wear something within it. Deep greens, burgundy, cream, and navy all work beautifully against our festive sets. Avoid logos and busy patterns. Layering adds texture — a cardigan, a knit jumper, a scarf.
We recommend preparing two complete outfit options per person, one for each theme set. Changing takes about five minutes and is built into your session time.
Can you bring a newborn to a Christmas photoshoot?
Yes. Newborns are welcome from 5 days old. Our sessions run at a completely relaxed pace with as many breaks as needed for feeding, settling, and outfit changes. We never rush. If your session runs over the scheduled time because your baby needed extra care, we accommodate that.
For newborn Christmas sessions, we position the baby safely using specialist newborn posing techniques developed over more than ten years of studio work.
How far is the studio from Milton Keynes?
Our studio is at 160 Coppice Drive, Northampton NN3 6NG. From central Milton Keynes, this is approximately 25 minutes via the M1 motorway (Junction 15A). There is free parking directly outside the studio. We serve families from Milton Keynes, Northampton, Bedford, Luton, Olney, Newport Pagnell, and all surrounding areas.

Frequently asked questions about Christmas photoshoots in Milton Keynes
Do I need to bring anything?
Bring your outfits, any comfort items for young children, and the baby’s feeding supplies if needed. We provide all props, decorations, and lighting. There is no preparation required on your part beyond choosing what to wear.
What if my child does not cooperate?
This is completely normal. We build patience and flexibility into every session. We never force poses or rush. Children respond naturally when they have space to settle, and the best portraits often come from the spontaneous moments in between setups.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 21 or more days before your session and receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations after that point are non-refundable. One free reschedule is available if requested at least 14 days before your session.
