Secure Your Date
Confirm your booking by:
- Transferring a £49 booking deposit after contacting us (payment details will be provided)
- Filling out the agreement form and signing the terms & conditions
The £49 deposit is NOT an additional fee – it will be deducted from your package price. For example: If you book a £329 package, you pay £49 now and £280 after the session.
Receive Booking Confirmation
You will receive confirmation with all essential details for your upcoming session, including:
- Studio location and directions (Unit 10A Cuckoo Hill Farm, Castlethorpe Rd, Milton Keynes MK19 7HQ)
- Session date and time
- Package details and what’s included
What Happens After Booking?
Your Photoshoot Day
Arrive at our Milton Keynes studio for your session. We have free parking directly in front of the studio.
Enjoy a relaxed, professional photo experience in a comfortable environment.
Complete Remaining Payment
After your photoshoot, complete the remaining payment for your chosen package. Payment can be made via:
- Cash – on the day at the studio
- Bank transfer – payment details provided
Payment must be completed before you receive the selection gallery link. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive your private online gallery within 3-4 days.
Image Selection
Browse your watermarked online gallery and select your favorite images based on your package (15, 25, or 35 images depending on your chosen tier).
Take your time to choose the images you love most – this is your collection to treasure forever.
Final Delivery
Your professionally edited high-resolution images (without watermarks) will be delivered within 20 working days after you complete your selection and payment is confirmed.
If you ordered albums or prints, you’ll be notified when they’re ready for collection at the studio. We arrange collection at a convenient date and time.
All prints and products included in packages are for studio collection only. We don’t offer postage to ensure your precious memories arrive safely without risk of damage.
Important Points Before Booking
Image Selection Process
I aim to capture more than enough photos during your session to meet your package requirements. You’ll receive a watermarked online gallery within 3-4 days to select your favorite images. Once you’ve made your selection, I’ll professionally edit your chosen images and deliver them without watermarks in high-resolution format.
Check My Portfolio & Style
This is very important – not just for booking me, but for booking any photographer. Always check a photographer’s portfolio and style before booking. Ask yourself:
- Do I like their work and style?
- Can I imagine my photos looking like the images in their portfolio?
- Does their style match what I’m looking for?
If the answer is yes, then approach the photographer for booking. If not, continue your search until you find the right photographer for you. Browse my full portfolio on the website to see if my style resonates with your vision.
Inspiration Images Welcome (With Notice)
My portfolio reflects my distinct photography style developed over 10+ years. If you’ve seen images online that inspire you, please share them BEFORE session planning during our initial conversation. This allows me to consider how to incorporate similar concepts into your session.
However, last-minute requests or attempts to replicate another photographer’s exact work aren’t feasible. Every photographer has a unique style, and it’s unethical to directly copy others’ work. I’m happy to draw inspiration while maintaining my signature style.
Transparent & Affordable Pricing
Each photography session includes a specific number of high-resolution edited images based on your chosen package (Bronze: 15 images, Silver: 25 images, Gold: 35 images).
There’s NO obligation to purchase extra images or products, though they are available if you wish. You won’t face any high-pressure sales tactics – just a relaxed, professional experience focused on capturing beautiful memories of your family.

We have free parking directly in front of the studio. The studio serves families from Milton Keynes, Northampton, Bedford, Luton, and surrounding areas.
