Professional Children’s Photography in Milton Keynes

Children’s photography sessions typically last 45-75 minutes, depending on your chosen package and your child’s age and attention span.

We work at your child’s pace with breaks as needed. Younger children may need shorter sessions, while older kids can usually engage for the full time. The session is designed to be fun and stress-free for everyone.

Choose comfortable clothing that reflects your child’s personality and allows them to move freely. We recommend:

• Solid colors or simple patterns (avoid busy logos or graphics)
• Coordinating colors rather than exact matching
• Clothes your child feels confident in
• Bring 2-3 outfit options if you’d like variety

Avoid clothing that’s too tight or uncomfortable, as happy, comfortable children make the best photos!

Absolutely! Sibling photos capture beautiful relationships and create treasured memories. We’ll take individual portraits of each child as well as sibling group shots.

The session time may need to be extended slightly for multiple children to ensure everyone gets their moment to shine.

I’m experienced in working with all personality types! For shy children, we take time to warm up with play and gentle encouragement. For energetic kids, we channel that energy into fun, dynamic poses and activities.

The key is patience and making the session feel like playtime rather than work. Every child is unique, and we adapt our approach to bring out their natural personality.

• Snacks and drinks for your child
• A favorite toy or comfort item (if needed)
• Any special props with sentimental value (optional)
• Hairbrush and any hair accessories

The studio provides all backdrops, props, and professional photography equipment.

Yes! Our Milton Keynes studio has a variety of props, backdrops, and settings suitable for children of all ages including:

• Multiple backdrop colors and themes
• Age-appropriate props and toys
• Chairs, stools, and posing aids
• Seasonal decorations (when available)

Absolutely! Family photos with parents and children together create beautiful memories. We can capture a mix of individual child portraits and family groupings.

Mihai Gonguta – Photo Studio is located at Unit 10A Cuckoo Hill Farm, Castlethorpe Rd, Milton Keynes MK19 7HQ. We have free parking directly in front of the studio.

Our professional studio is fully equipped for children’s photography with comfortable seating for parents and a welcoming environment for kids.

Within 3-4 days after your session, you’ll receive a private online gallery link with watermarked preview images. This gallery is for selection purposes only.

Once you select your favorite images based on your package, I will professionally edit them and deliver your final high-resolution images without watermarks within 20 working days.

Your children’s photography package includes between 15-35 high-resolution digital images without watermarks, depending on your chosen tier:

Bronze Package (£199): 15 edited digital photos
Silver Package (£329): 25 edited digital photos
Gold Package (£459): 35 edited digital photos

You’ll first receive a watermarked online gallery to make your selection. After selection, your chosen images will be professionally edited and delivered without watermarks in high-resolution format.

All unedited photos with watermarks in JPEG format are available for £300 as an additional option.

A £49 deposit is required to secure your children’s photography session. This is not an additional fee and is deducted from your chosen package price.

The remaining payment can be made by cash or bank transfer on the day of your photoshoot at our Milton Keynes studio.

We understand that plans can change, especially with children! Here’s our rescheduling policy:

Rescheduling with 14+ days notice: You can reschedule once without losing your deposit, no questions asked.

Last-minute rescheduling (less than 14 days): If your request doesn’t affect other bookings, I’ll be happy to help accommodate you. However, if the short notice impacts other scheduled sessions, the £49 deposit will be forfeited.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule, especially if your child is unwell.

Your children’s photos receive professional post-production editing including adjustments to tone, exposure, contrast, brightness, saturation, and artistic cropping according to my signature photography style.

All images are edited consistently with the style showcased in our children’s photography portfolio. Basic retouching is included as deemed necessary.

Specific retouching requests such as additional editing or detailed edits can be provided at an additional cost upon request.

Yes! We offer premium albums, prints, and wall art to preserve your children’s memories.

Only parents and siblings can attend the children’s photoshoot at our Milton Keynes studio. This policy ensures a comfortable environment without overcrowding and helps children focus during the session.

During your professional children’s photography session, only the photographer is permitted to take photos. Parents, friends, family, and guests are not allowed to take photos with cameras, phones, or tablets.

This policy ensures the best lighting conditions, helps children focus on the photographer, and allows everyone to be fully present during this special session.

For health and safety reasons, pets are not permitted at our Milton Keynes children’s photography studio.

Yes! Gift vouchers for children’s photography sessions make wonderful presents for families.
