👗 Outfits

Everyone must bring their outfits to the session.

We believe your photos should reflect your personality and style, so please prepare outfits that coordinate with this year’s Christmas themes:

• For the Shabby Chic Christmas Room:
  Choose warm and elegant tones such as red, green, black, and brown. This setup has a refined vintage charm with a cream sofa, red poinsettias, frosted greenery, and wooden walls, perfect for timeless and elegant Christmas portraits

• For Santa’s Snowy Workshop:
  Opt for festive colours like red, cream, brown, gold and white. This playful and magical scene features a snow-covered floor, teddy bears, decorated trees, and a charming storefront — perfect for joyful, storybook-style holiday photos.
  Feel free to incorporate seasonal outerwear like coats or scarves for added texture and winter vibes.

We recommend coordinating colours across the family for a cohesive look, but not dressing identically. Please avoid neon colours, large logos, cartoon characters, or overly casual clothing like hoodies and tracksuits.

👞 Shoe Policy

To ensure the studio stays clean and safe, we kindly ask that shoes be removed at the entrance.

If you’d like to be photographed wearing shoes, please bring a clean pair specifically for indoor use during your session.

You will receive your edited images in a maximum of 20 working days or before the 25th of December from the moment you have finished your selection in time. If the selection is delayed, there is a high chance your final edited photos may arrive after December 25th, especially during the busy Christmas season.

You will receive a gallery to choose your favourite images (depending on your package). The final digital images will be sent via an online link, but if you would like to have all unedited images in JPEG format, this is available as an extra option for £300.

Only parents and kids can come to the studio. This is to avoid overcrowding. Please ask if you have any requests.

A £49 deposit is required to secure your session. This is not an additional fee and is deducted from the package price.

The remainder of the payment can be made by cash or bank transfer on the day of the photo session.

The processing of your photos includes basic post-production, such as adjustments to tone, exposure, contrast, brightness, saturation, and cropping, according to my artistic style.

All images are edited in the same style as the examples shown on my website and social media pages.
Please note that I do not customise the editing style based on individual client requests.

I will retouch the photos as I deem necessary, in line with my creative vision.

Specific retouching requests — such as makeup or hairstyle corrections, body slimming, or other detailed edits — are not included in the Christmas package. These can be provided at an additional cost, upon request.

During your photography session, the photographer will be the ONLY person permitted to take photos. Parents, friends, family, and anyone else attending the session is NOT allowed to take any photo with cameras, camera phones, tablets, etc, and must be informed about this rule.

For reasons of health and safety, we do not accept pets in the studio.
