Frequently asked questions
do you provide the cake?
Unfortunately, the cake has to be brought to us by the parents.
what to expect during the session?
We will start with a few family photos and continue with the children in the chosen theme with a few outfits, following the cake and at the end a bath splash.
How long does it take until I receive my images?
You will receive your edited images in a maximum of 20 working days from the moment you have finished your selection.
How many images do we get?
You will receive a gallery to choose your favourite images (depending on your package). The final digital images will be sent by online link. If you would like to have all unedited images in JPEG format, this is available as an extra option for £200.
Recommended outfit?
I recommend you wear a smart outfit, (please avoid sports outfits ). If you like to keep your shoes on in the studio, please bring an extra pair.
Are there any extra charges for twins and triplets?
There is a 30% surcharge for the photo session with twins/triplets.

When to make the appointment?
I recommend that you book your appointment 4 weeks before your child’s birthday, in order to receive the images in time for his anniversary.
what do you need to bring with you?
The cake is the main thing you need to bring, please try to match the colours of your chosen theme and avoid icing or marzipan on the cake, preferably a soft and creamy texture. The studio will provide some outfits for the baby to choose from, but if you have something special please bring it with you. I recommend you bring a dummy, nappies, a favourite toy, a towel and a snack.
Who can come to the studio?
Only parents and kids can come to the studio. This is to avoid overcrowding.
Can we take photos during the photo session?
During your photography session, the photographer will be the ONLY person permitted to take photos. Parents, friends, family, and anyone else attending the session is NOT allowed to take any photo with cameras, camera phones, tablets, etc, and must be informed about this rule.
Are pets allowed?
For reasons of health and safety, we do not accept pets in the studio.
How are the images edited?
All images are professionally retouched in my personal style, a few examples can be seen in the gallery. I do not perform edits as body recomposition.
How do I book?
You can book a photo session by contacting me via my website, Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp.
A £49 deposit is required to secure your session. This is not an additional fee and is deducted from the package price.
The remainder of the payment can be made by cash or bank transfer on the day of the photo session.
