In order to secure your shoot, a £49 nonrefundable booking retainer is required. This is not an extra fee but is deducted from the package price.

How to book and what to expect?
Step 1
You can start by checking the availability using this link Book Now
If you would like more information, please contact me on Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
Step 2
Fill all the informations requested and choose your package, sign the contract and pay the deposit, which will be deducted from your final payment, with the balance to be paid on the photo session date.
Step 3
On the appointed day, we’ll meet at Mihai Gonguta – Photo Studio. Please make sure you arrive on time and with everything you’ve planned for the session.
Step 4
After the session I will send you an online gallery within 3-4 days where you can choose your favourite images from the session according to your package. The images will not be downloadable, they will only be used for your selection. If you would like more images you can upgrade to the next package or purchase additional digital images for £15 each.

I will edit the selected images to enhance their quality and bring out the holiday spirit. Once the editing is complete, I’ll send you the final high-resolution digital images, which can be downloaded from a private online gallery available for 1 month.

Who can come to the studio?
Only parents and childrens can come to the studio. This is to avoid overcrowding.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE UNTIL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?
You will receive your edited images in a maximum of 20 working days or before the 25th of December from the moment you have finished your selection in time.
Are pets allowed?
For reasons of health and safety, we do not accept pets in the studio.
Can we take photos during the photo session?
During your photography session, the photographer will be the ONLY person permitted to take photos. Parents, friends, family, and anyone else attending the session is NOT allowed to take any photo with cameras, camera phones, tablets, etc, and must be informed about this rule.
How are the images edited?
The processing of the photos consists of post-processing, which includes corrections to tone, exposure, contrast, brightness, saturation, and cropping in my opinion.
I will retouch the photos as I deem necessary and according to my style.
Client requests such as makeup or hairstyle corrections, or slimming are not included in the Christmas offer and can be done separately for an additional cost.
How many images do we get?
You will receive a gallery to choose your favourite images (depending on your package). The final digital images will be sent by online link. If you would like to have all unedited images in JPEG format, this is available as an extra option for £300.
what do you need to bring with you?
In the studio, you’ll find a selection of outfits available for use. Feel free to browse our gallery down below to get an idea of the sizes and options available. Please note, that everyone must bring their outfits to the session.
We believe in bringing your unique style to your images. Please prepare outfits that match each of our Christmas themes. For “The Santa’s Cabin”, consider colours such as white, cream, red, green,black and brown to embrace the magic and charm of a rustic cabin this Christmas. For “The Winter Wonderland Christmas Theme “, we recommend festive tones such as red, green, white and black. Don’t hesitate to incorporate outdoor wear such as a coat for added versatility.
Shoe policy:
To ensure the highest level of hygiene and safety in the studio, we kindly ask that everyone remove their shoes at the entrance. If you’d like to be photographed wearing shoes, please bring a clean pair with you.
